Challange
The goal of the new AI-driven capabilities is to provide personalized mentoring and continuous support to learners through an AI chatbot. This solution will be integrated into the existing LMS and will focus on guiding adult workers and potential workforce members toward their career goals by offering mentorship, personalized recommendations, and additional learning resources outside the provided course content.

Background
Current learning materials and resources provided by enterprises and universities do not adequately support the evolving needs of adult learners and the workforce. Users require more personalized guidance and mentorship to navigate their career paths and gain the skills necessary for professional growth. Without this, learners may struggle to find relevant information, leading to lower engagement and satisfaction.
Solutions
We designed an AI-assisted roleplay feature inside the LMS. This tool allows learners to interact with an AI mentor that plays a realistic scenario. After each response, learners receive:
Personalized chat feedback from the AI mentor
Numerical scores to track performance over time
Structured feedback on what they did well and what to improve
This makes the learning more active and useful, helping users grow through realistic practice and reflection.

After the flow is well-defined, we continue by creating mockup concept design. Laying all the information with understandable manner. Making sure the most important things highlighted.
